Mavilor BL brushless servo motor series available for low voltage, i.e. 48 Vdc, applications. The windings are rated for 3-phase sinusoidal or trapezoidal operation, with encoder or resolver feedback. A mechanical holding brake is also available.

Peak output torque ranges from 0.76Nm (6.7 lb-in0 to 7.2Nm (63 lb-in) as high torque per frame size direct drive solutions.

The mechanical sizes, which range from 32mm square to 70mm square, are well suited to small area performance for pick-n-place, robotic and portable medical applications. Also available are custom configurations such as the 38mm round diameter unit for centrifuge product.

The output torque is very linear throughout the speed range with a nominal 3000 rpm to a mechanical maximum of 4500 rpm.
